Dynamic Saddles™ undergo extensive quality inspection prior to leaving the saddlery. All saddles are also inspected the second time once they arrive in USA, prior to being shipped out to their new owners. We stand behind the quality of our equipment. As such, we offer a 3 year warranty on the tree, materials and craftsmanship; parts and labor included under normal use conditions.
To maintain your warranty please save your bill of sale and the warranty certificate. Should the saddle require any work, please contact your sales agent or Dynamic Saddles International directly to proceed with the claim. We may repair or replace the saddle at our discretion. Shipping costs are responsibility of saddle owner.
We are so confident in the quality of our saddles that we are able to extend this warranty even to our saddles purchased second hand. New owners must fill out the bill of sale section on the certificate of warranty and mail/email the form back to DSI. Upon receipt of executed bill of sale, a new warranty card will be issued in the new owners name. Warranty period is as described above, calculated from the date of original sale.
